HOT ON DVD right now and available in the Redbox is "X-MEN DAYS OF FUTURE PAST"! X-MEN DAYS OF FUTURE PAST takes place after "The Wolverine" where both Charles Xavier (The Professor) and Erik Lehnsherr (Magneto) come together to ask Logan (Wolverine) to travel back in time to change history so that their enemy-the enemy of all mutants good or bad-would never come into existence. Wolverine is asked to travel back to the year 1973 where he has to pursue Raven (Mystique) before she kills Bolivar Trask the creator of their enemy the Sentinels.
Before Wolverine travels back in time he learns of Mystique's past success in killing Bolivar. Once she killed him she herself was captured and her DNA, because of her ability to adapt and change into anyone, was used in the final creation of the Sentinels, making them harder for the mutants to fight, which eventually lead to the end of all mutants and human who helped aid them.

Wolverine is asked, as he travels back in time, to find Charles Xavier (The Professor) and Erik Lehnsherr (Magneto) because he would need their help to stop Mystique and change the course of events. This would not be an easy task for Wolverine because he's stepping into the middle of a fight between The Professor and Magneto who is locked away-away from any metal-and is suppose to remain there for the rest of his life. Wolverine has to convince them to work together for the common cause of saving the entire mutant race.
MY REVIEW: I found X-MEN DAYS OF FUTURE PAST to be very humorous. There are a lot of funny moments between Logan, Charles and Magneto. Over all, the action was consistent and I was very entertained and I thought they executed the story very well. At the end of this particular installment it did leave me with a question. Will Logan now be able to alter the future of those he love and change their outcome now that he's lived in both the future and the past? Because he was able to go back in time and keep his memory, just that journey alone did change much of the future as he knew it but he still holds memory of the past before it was changed. I guess only time will tell how they choose to bring that full circle. For all you comic book readers, you all rock! I haven't read any of the X-MEN comics although I'm a huge fan of the movie serious, so I know that you may already have the answers to my questions lol. Over all I give the movie a 4 star out of 5. It is well worth the rental or even purchasing it on DVD! -Monica/TVandPopcorn
